Provide one on one educational sessions for individuals who need emotional support through challenging times.

I offer a safe, confidential environment providing a non judgemental space for employees and clients to be able to relax and fully express themselves.


Crisis Intervention ~ EAP Support

I am certified to act as a mental health first aid responder for individuals and organisations.

Offering an assisted program during challenging times ensure staff feel supported, it has proven to enhance productivity and safe guard mental health in the workplace.

I will help to develop a proactive mindset setting up crisis protocols and a referral network helping to embed wellbeing practices.


Wellbeing program development

Develop unique programs tailored to the organisational needs while focusing on the core purpose of wellbeing and holistic wellness.


Mediation & conflict resolution

Facilitate conflict resolution using therapeutic communication techniques.

Support individuals in navigating difficult conversations or interpersonal issues.

Conduct team health assessments focusing on enhancing team culture and psychological safety.


Return to work coordinator

Assisting employees to return to the workplace after an injury/accident.

Coordinating follow up appointments and referrals.


Reflective practice facilitation

Offering reflective supervision or debriefing sessions for staff after challenging experiences.
